What is Carded Yarn?
Carded yarn is produced through a process that cleans and aligns cotton fibers using a carding machine. This process removes short fibers and impurities, creating a yarn with good strength and uniformity at a cost-effective price point.
While carded yarn may have slightly more neps and unevenness compared to combed yarn, it offers excellent value for applications where extreme smoothness is not required.
